Ingredients:

  • 3 cups finely cut apples
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour (unsifted)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Put apples and bananas in bowl.
  2. Add sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, nuts and raisins.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 at 350 for 1 hour.
