Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 slices bread
  • 1 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Crack eggs into bowl.
  2. Soak bread slices in egg.
  3. Heat 1/4 of the cup of oil in a frying pan.
  4. Fry each piece until golden brown, adding more oil as you go along.
  5. Lay the pieces in a pile seperated by kitchen tissue to soak up unwanted oil.
  6. Spread with honey, syrup, sugar or jam.
  7. Enjoy!
