French-fried Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • wash and break cauliflower into small florets. sprinkle on the salt.
  • in a separate bowl, combine milk, egg and baking mix and stir well. dip florets into batter and deep fry until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently. drain on paper towels.
