French Bread With Strawberry Wine Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat the eggs 2 tablespoons of icing sugar,pepper and milk in a deep bowl and a pinch of cinnamon together till smooth
  2. Cut the tips off the strawberys and cut in half
  3. Put in a deep pot the strawberrys together with the wine half a cup of icing sugar and cinnamon
  4. Stir and put aside
  5. Dip your bread on each side for half a minute and put on a plate till you have done all your bread or until there is no more egg and milk mixture
  6. Put the strawberry mix on your stove top heat on hi heat until boiling then put down to simmer until sauce turns nice and rich if to thick add a little water
  7. Heat up your fry pan non stick and add a little butter fry both sides of the bread till nice and golden if frypan dry of any butter add a little butter every time
  8. Put on a nice plate add your strawberry sauce a dolop of wipped cream if you like garnish with the mint leaves and thats what i call easy and brilliant at the sa me time
