Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain beans and place in a large saucepan.
  2. Cover well with water, bring to a boil. Cover, turn down heat and simmer, adding more water and stirring when necessary, until the beans are tender. Approximately 45 minutes.
  3. Drain beans and mix in the crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
