Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except oil, mixing lightly
  2. Heat oil,using just enough to coat bottom of a large skillet, using the rest of the oil as needed
  3. Using 1/4 cup of mixture,fry as you would a pancake, turning once
  4. Remove to a heated plate and cover to keep warm till all are cooked
  5. In the meantime make sauce
  6. Foo yung sauce
  7. Combine all of the ingredients,over medium heat in a small pan
  8. Cook till sauce has thickened, pour over foo yung and serve
