Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut thin slice from stem end of green peppers.
  2. Remove all seeds and membranes then wash inside and outside.
  3. Mix all ingredients and lightly stuff each pepper.
  4. Wrap each pepper securely in double thickness heavy duty aluminum foil.
  5. Cook on medium coals 20 minutes turning once.
