Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Break apart hash browns; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk.
  3. Add onion, dill, seasoned salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in hash browns and cheese.
  5. Put mixture into a sprayed or greased 11x7x2-inch baking pan.
  6. Arrange fish sticks over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 50 minutes, or until top is golden brown and fish flakes with a fork.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
