Ingredients:

  • 510 g trouts (6 fillets)
  • 1/2 kg spinach
  • 3/4 cup milk , lactose free , 2
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Put the spinach (previously washed) in a plastic bag and microwave for aprox. 2 minutes. Chop fine and mix with milk.
  2. Add the cornstarch and parmesan cheese.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Clean the fillets and sprinkle with lemon.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder and paprika.
  6. Place 1 tbsp of the spinach mix in each fillet and roll it up.
  7. Place the rolls in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle some more paprika and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes.
  8. Turn over the rolls and cook for 3 more minutes.
