Ingredients:

  • 3 tblsp. flour
  • 1/8 teasp. minced garlic
  • 1 tblsp. minced parsley
  • salt and peppr to taste

Directions:

  1. Mash fish.
  2. In a bowl, beat egg yolks until light and thick.
  3. Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and fish.
  4. In another bowl, Beat egg whites to a froth and add to mixture.
  5. Drop by Tblsps. into hot oil in deep fryer.
  6. Fry until golden brown.
