Fingertip Pecan Pies

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup

Directions:

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together.
  2. Roll in to 24 balls.
  3. Press out into small tins for crust.
  4. Mix all of filling ingredients together.
  5. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  7. Bake in 350°F oven for 25 minutes.
