Filipino Shrimps Sauteed

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs shrimp
  • 2 tbsp onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Put oil in skillet.
  2. Add crushed cloves garlic and finely diced onion.
  3. Peel and devein shrimp leaving tails on.
  4. Add to pan fry.
  5. Add tomato diced fine.
  6. Add sugar.
  7. Add mountain dew or sprite.
  8. Cook 5 minutes.
  9. Add cornstarch and water.
  10. Cook until thick.
