Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs sirloin
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix together the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Spread the mixture on the sirloin and place into refrigerator overnight. Bake or broil. Serve.
