  1. Cut the potatoes into large chunks and boil them in salted water until

  4. Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
  5. Cut them into
  6. Smaller-sized chunks or slices if necessary.
  7. Add green onions, frozenpeas, canned corn, red peppers and toss. Mix the mayonnaise and vinegar together.
  8. Stir the dressing into the vegetables.
  9. Salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
