Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut (or replace with 4 cups oats)
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes: sugar margarine, milk, and cocoa.
  2. Remove from Heat.
  3. Add: vanilla, quick oats, coconut and salt.
  4. Drop by teaspoonful onto wax paper.
  5. Let cool and ENJOY!
