Directions:

  1. In medium saucepan combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil; remove from heat.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Immediately drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Store in cool, dry place.
