  1. In medium bowl, combine flour, bran flakes, wheat germ, baking powder and salt. set aside
  2. In small bowl, blend together milk, egg, egg white and oil; stir into bran mixture until combined.
  3. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto nonstick griddle or frying pan. cook, turning once, for about 1-2 min per side or until golden
