Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp clove

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the wet ingredients.
  2. Add all dry ingredients except oat bran and mix well.
  3. Stir in oat bran.
  4. Fry on griddle at medium heat in a little oil or cooking spray.
