Directions:

  1. Cook fettuccine per instructions
  2. Melt Smart Balance in saucepan on low heat. Add flour and blend until smooth. Add milk and turn up heat to medium until milk starts to simmer. Reduce heat and add in the cream cheese. Once melted and creamy, add parmesan, garlic and pepper.
  3. Toss with fettuccine to taste.
