Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion with butter until light brown then add garlic.
  2. When the smell of the garlic comes out turn the heat off.
  3. Place sauteed onion and garlic on the shell.
  4. Spread feta cheese, dill, peppercorn and sun dried tomato on top. Whisk egg and milk until combined then pour all over.
  5. Preheat oven 350 and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Serve pie with olives, tomato and cucumber slices.
