Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. In bowl, stir flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  2. Combine egg, milk and oil.
  3. Add all at once to dry ingredients.
  4. Pour batter onto hot griddle, and cook as for pancakes.
