Hot Cakes Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sweet milk
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Heat a skillet on medium to medium high.
  3. Place a pat of butter in the skillet and when it starts to sizzle
  4. Butter the skillet lightly. Immediately pour batter into skillet making
  5. The hot cakes the size of softballs. When the hot cakes start to bubble,flip them over. When the other side is a light brown, remove the hot cakes from the skillet. Repeat.
  6. Serve with butter and syrup or fruits.
  7. NOTE.... you can use oil instead of butter to fry them in.
