  1. Combine pork and beans, potatoes, 1/4 pound Velveeta, frankfurters and ketchup; mix lightly. Spoon bean mixture into 2-quart casserole.
  2. Bake at 375, 25 minutes. Top with remaining Velveeta; continue baking until Velveeta begins to melt.
