Fabulous Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs ( i use the vegetarian fed brown as they are sooo much healthier for you)
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla ( use the real deal here!)

Directions:

  1. Cream Crisco and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition.
  3. Add vanilla
  4. Stir in bananas
  5. Sift together dry ingredients, add to banana mixture, mix well.
  6. Pour into greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, a toothpick inserted in the center and comes out clean indicates you are ready to eat your fab banana bread! Enjoy and let me know how much you LOVE it!!
