Fabulous Bundt Pan Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 6 tbsp buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 cups ripe bananas (about 5 small)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in large mixer bowl and blend well, but do not overmix.
  3. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until bread tests done.
  5. Place on wire rack and let stand in pan until almost cool.
  6. Loosen bread from sides with a knife and invert onto wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
