Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 2 shallow 9-inch pie shells

Directions:

  1. Place 1 cup pecans in each pie crust.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients and pour equal amounts into each pie crust.
  3. Bake at 375°F about 50 minutes, or until firm.
