Ingredients:

  • 4 servings (2 cup) eric's healthy all-purpose pizza/pasta sauce
  • 4 servings (1 cup) fat free mozarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Fold and tear tortillas in half
  2. Place all 8 tortilla halves on baking sheet(s)
  3. Bake plain tortilla halves at 400 degrees for 10 minutes - remove from oven
  4. Distribute sauce evenly over each tortilla half
  5. Distribute cheese evenly over each tortilla half
  6. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes (until cheese is melted)
