Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 2 oz margarine
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450F (Very Hot - English)
  2. Mix together Flour, Baking Powder, and Splenda in a bowl.
  3. Add Margarine and dried fruit
  4. Mix by hand to a crumbly texture.
  5. Add milk slowly starting with 1/8 oz. Mixing constantly by hand add milk until you have a rolling dough texture.
  6. Lay out on floured surface
  7. Roll dough to 3/4 thickness
  8. Cut into shapes
  9. Repeat roll and cut until dough is gone
  10. Bake on plain cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes or until the scones are firm on the sides
