Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak and wash collard greens in a colander.
  2. Rinse and chop the greens into 1 inch pieces.
  3. In a large pot boil water with the ham hock.
  4. Add a pinch of pepper.
  5. Drop the collards into the water and cook until limp.
