Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9 unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 1 hour longer.
