Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix the spices, sugar and water in a large microwaveable bowl. mix until sugar is disssolved.
  2. Microwave for 3 minutes
  3. Mix in the pumpkin then microwave again for 5 minutes.
  4. Mixture should be bubbly.
  5. Let cool, put in a container then REFRIGERATE.
