Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Gather 32 elderberry blossoms with stems.
  2. Wash Carefully.
  3. Dry on towel.
  4. Heat oil about 1 inch deep in skillet.
  5. Sift dry ingredients together.
  6. Beat egg and milk.
  7. Add to flour mixture.
  8. Dip Blossoms into batter.
  9. Holding by stems.
  10. Drop into hot oil.
  11. Fry to golden brown.
  12. Serve with maple syruo and sausages if desired.
