Cheesy Cornbread

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 (8 oz) can creamed corn

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients and 3/4 cup of cheese.
  2. Beat eggs and milk and creamed corn.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Pour into greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake 25 mins at 350°F.
