Eggs With Stuffed Green Chile

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Carefully stuff green chili with the two slices of Monterrey Jack Cheese.
  2. Beat eggs with garlic salt, pepper and cumin with a whisk. Be sure to beat well so eggs will be fluffy.
  3. Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
  4. Pour eggs in skillet and cook, without stirring - until set - like you would for an omelet.
  5. Carefully wrap eggs around the chili.
  6. Turn eggs with turner until cooked on both sides.
  7. Top eggs with slice of jalapeno cheese, onion and tomatoes.
  8. Continue to cook until cheese is melted.
  9. Tortilla on the side.
