Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups silken tofu
  • 2 cups soymilk
  • 1/2-3/4 cup dry sweetener
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2-1 cup rum or 1/2-1 cup brandy (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve well chilled.
