Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups soymilk
  • 3 tbsp safflower oil or 3 tbsp other flavorless oil
  • 1/2 cup dry sweetener
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • rum ( optional) or brandy (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve well chilled.
