Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. This is done in a double boiler… In the top part of a double boiler: sauté onions then add tomatoes, olives, salt and pepper. Then put top of double boiler into the bottom piece. (Don’t let the water boil) Beat eggs, and then pour in to the pot stirring until it thickens. Serve over crushed soda crackers and with side of cheesy toast.
  2. Cheesy Toast: Sautee onions and/or garlic. Melt cheeses. Spread over toasted bread.
