Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Cut off a thick slice at the stem end of a medium-size tomato; set aside.
  2. Scoop out seeds and centre pulp.
  3. Place tomato in a small bowl.
  4. Add butter inside the tomato.
  5. Break an egg inside the tomato.
  6. Pierce yolk with a toothpick or fork (very important).
  7. Sprinkle cheese over the egg.
  8. Place top slice over tomato.
  9. Microwave on medium-high (70%) for 1minute 45 seconds, or until egg is almost cooked.
  10. Let stand 1 minute.
