Ingredients:

  • slices of white bread
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • can addcrumbled bacon, sausage, spinach, mushrooms, broccoli, et

Directions:

  1. Spray pan with butter pam. Use large 8 x 11 casserole pan with slices of bread on the bottom. Beat eggs and milk well. Mix in 1 cup of cheese and mustard. Pour into pan and sprinkle with the other 1 cup of cheese. Can sprinkle with parsley and small amount of paprika. Bake at 350 for 35 mins or until knife comes out clean.
