Easy Zucchini Pizza

  1. Use any prepared home made or store bought pizza dough
  2. Sprinkle pan with some cornmeal ( my tip, better than greasing and crust slides off pan easily )
  3. Place on dough to form crust
  4. Brush dough with some olive oil
  5. Sprinkle with basil and oregano and garlic salt to taste or fresh minced garlic
  6. Layer on sliced or shredded cheese
  7. Place on tomato ( my tip use a plum or thick skinned tomato )
  8. Scattered on the squeezed dry zucchini ( my tip, forget about draining as squeezing in a clean dish towel really removes the excess liquid!)
  9. Bake in a 425F 25 minutes or crust is golden and cheese is melted and browned
  10. Let cool in the pan a few minutes and slice in pieces to serve
