Ingredients:

  • 3 (15 oz) cans black beans (or experiment
  • 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (10 oz) bag chili-n-cheese fritos corn chips (since these are hard to get in canada, any corn chips will do, preferably bbq or chili flavored)
  • green onion (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix 'er up and chow 'er down!
