Easy Vegan Low-Calorie Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup water , or lemonade
  • 1 1/2 tblsp oil
  • 2 tsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, chocolate, cinnamon and salt in one bowl
  2. Mix water and oil in separate bowl
  3. Add liquid to dry and stir until nice consistency
  4. Add 2 tsp of vinegar
  5. Pour into baking tin about 6''
  6. Bake at 375ºF 30 - 45 minutes
