  1. Brown turkey, onion, red pepper and garlic in a non stick pan. Add beans, tomatos, and seasonings and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer and cook until flovors are well blended. Garnish with fat free sour cream, shredded cheese or crumbled chips.
