Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray medium/large pot with pam and cook onion and garlic until tender.
  2. Add the Zucchini and Mushrooms, cook for about 5 min then set aside.
  3. Add ground turkey and sprinkle with taco seasoning, cook until browned.
  4. Drain excess fat from pot ( I use a colander, then replace turkey into pot).
  5. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  6. Bring ingrediants to a boil then cover and simmer for 30-40 min.
  7. If too thick, add 1/2-1 cup boiling water.
