  1. Heat olive oil in pan and cook onion, red pepper, mushrooms and garlic until soft. Add spaghetti squash and tomatos and cook until warm. Add with chopped basil & parsley. Can add parmesan, mozzerella, provolone, etc. cheese to top (not included in recipe analyis).
