Easy Spinach Cheese  Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook spinach, drain and squeeze well.
  2. Combine Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg yolk and spinach.
  3. Sprinkle mixture with garlic powder and 1 teaspoon oil.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spread dough on greased jelly roll pan.
  6. Spread spinach mixture down middle of dough.
  7. Fold over dough and pinch ends to close.
  8. Place seam side down.
  9. Brush loaf with beaten egg whites.
  10. Bake at 350 F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
  11. Note: recipe does not indicate need to let rise prior to baking.- so use your judgement.
  12. I always let my filled breads rise almost double prior to baking
