Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped watter chestnuts
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lg egg
  • 1 package wanton wrappers

Directions:

  1. Mix first 6 ing
  2. Wrap one tsp of meat mixture in each wonton wrap (following pkg instruction to seal properly)
  3. Fry in small amount of oil turning till golden brown
  4. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or duck sauce Enjoy
