Easy Pesto Halibut

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) envelope pesto sauce mix
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 halibut fillets (4 oz. each)

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the oil, sauce mix and lemon juice.
  2. Brush over both sides of fillets.
  3. Place in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
