Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp vanilla (can omit if you dont have any)
  • 1 tbsp walnuts (optional)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
  • 2 tbsp flour (makes the dough easier to work with) (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients. Make small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press slightly with fork in criss cross pattern. Dip fork in flour in between pressing each cookie. bake 8-11 min depending on your oven.
  3. When you pull the cookies out they may not look done, let cool for 10 minutes and remove from tray. They will be very chewy and delicious!
