Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet
  2. Butter outsides of all pieces of bread
  3. Arrange sammiches in skillet on medium/low heat, as follows:1 pieces of bread, butter side down, half slice of cheese, couple slices of roast beef, about 1-2T peppers, another slice of beef, another 1/2 slice cheese, then drizzle INSIDE of top piece of bread with small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, place butter side UP.
  4. Brown sammiches about 3-4 minutes on each side til golden brown and cheese is melted.
